Foresight Customer Service

Foresight customer service is a revolutionary program that goes far beyond traditional customer service programs to create confident, professional and proactive customer service skills. The two i’s in Foresight form the basis of the programs methodology – there are at least two individuals in every interaction – the employee and the customer. In order to be effective, you must consider each person’s points of view, what they value, and how they prefer to interact. Once these things are know the customer service employee can create a service strategy that produces phenomenal results.

Using a behavioral based methodology and multi rater feedback, Foresight Customer Service focuses client service personnel to explore and understand their personal service strengths while learning how to interact more effectively with others. The program teaches participants to project a positive and helpful attitude, become aware of customer behavior, and employ new strategies for adapting to and overcoming negative tension and conflict.  The program is recommended for all customer service professionals at any level in their career.
