Dave Minionis, Ph.D.

Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Dave’s experience in developing leadership competencies, management capabilities, sales and service effectiveness, organizational change and team effectiveness brings a unique perspective to many organizations and government agencies. Dave helps people evolve; to grow to their full potential. His expert training techniques are known for fostering interactive, engaging and fun teaching environments.

In addition to his consulting practice, for four years Dave was an adjunct professor for the University of Virginia. He taught a leadership series through their school of extended studies in West Falls Church, Virginia.

Dave was the Director of Professional and Organizational Effectiveness for the TRACOM Group before launching Humanetrics. At TRACOM he managed the organization’s Learning Services department, which was responsible for providing high quality training delivery, facilitation, and consulting services to internal and external clients. He also was an integral part of the executive leadership team that ran the company.

Before joining the TRACOM Group, Dave spent six years as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for Ernst & Young, where he developed leadership and management capabilities across all levels within the firm. He specialized and consulted internally and externally on the following areas: Interpersonal Skills, Team Effectiveness; Leadership and Management Development; and Change.

Dave has a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University where he maintained a 3.92/4.0 GPA. While in school he did various stints with the U.S. Army Research Institute, the Federal Aviation Administration, and George Mason University (as both a research assistant and teaching assistant).
